Do you ever wish there were 25 hours in a day or 8 days in a week?
Many people struggle to balance work and family commitments, often finding that they have no time to devote to their wellbeing or to other interests. Life Coaching offers effective strategies to create a more balanced life and manage time more effectively.
Keys to effective Time Management:
Identify what is most important to you. Ask yourself "what is the most important thing that I need to do today" (or this week, month or year) and prioritise your time accordingly. Do the most important tasks first!
Identify which tasks need to be done immediately, and which tasks can literally wait another day. We are taught "Don't do tomorrow what can be done today", however sometimes we should do today what needs to be done today, and leave till tomorrow what needs to be done tomorrow.
Write down your goals and when you need to achieve them. Keep a diary and schedule in regular tasks and deadlines. Then allocate time for additional tasks in order of their priority. Organise tasks in a logical order, and delegate to others when appropriate.
Develop a routine for regular tasks. Things get done quicker when done "automatically".
Take care of your health and have regular rests. You become less efficient if you are tired or unwell.
